Yes in some cases a conversion can be from a PDF, this depends on the output quality of the document (sometimes the lines come out broken and poor quality).

We can update and revise the 2D CAD once the conversion is complete, if a list of changes can be provided.

Yes if new company address and logo can be provided, we can action during the conversion process.

Generally our turnaround is 1 week (or less if possible), however we can prioritise projects with our fast track service, subject to 15% addition on quote price.
